Data recovery costs vary depending on media types, file structures, whether media needs to be worked on in our clean room environment, wheather replacement parts are needed, the time required, and media that data is returned on. Typically, if there is no physical damage and under standard support, single drive recoveries can take 3-5 business days.
Because we understand the importance of your data we have tried to keep our cost down in order to make our services available to everyone. About 65% of the drives that are submitted to us for data recovery meet the minimum fee requirements of the standard service. However, recoveries can cost more in some instances.
A primary element in keeping the recovery cost to a minimum is YOU. By giving us the complete scenario under which the data los occurred , the files you are looking to recover, and where they were previously located, it can help us cut down the time required for the recovery.

The return media type will be CD or DVD. Hard Drive may be required dependin on size of data (extra cost).
If the media in question needs replacement parts to perform the evluation or recovery, (a several day delay may occur). In addition, if the media has to be opened in our clean room environment, this too will add to the recovery cost.
Since each problem is unique, no concrete estimate is possible before a complete evaluation is performed. Once this is done, a 3A-NS data recovery representative will contact you immediately with the diagnosis. We will then provide you via email, the cost to perform the recovery. If your data is not retrievable, there is no charge to you other than the cost for replacement parts, the cost for clean room lab time, if applicable. No recovery will be performed without prior approval unless cost meets minimum fee advertised above under the the basic service.

We offer data recovery service from any Multimedia Card, for all Operating Systems and Multimedia Card compatible devices.

digital camera that has suffered some sort of disaster deleted pictures
removed the Multimedia card during the write process suffered from a system error

Payment
Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is expected at the time data is delivered. We will accept 30 day purchase orders from the following organizations:
United States Government or Federal Agencies County Governments or Agencies
4-year, degree granting colleges/universities. City Governments or Agencies
State Governments or Agencies    
Pricing 
The single drive base price includes extraction of raw data, up to 5 or 6 hours (depending on file system) of reconstruction time, a CD/DVD media and recording of your recovered data onto that media. Unless deemed necessary due to the size of data recovered or you request data to be returned on a hard drive, your data will be burned on CD/DVD.
Approximately 35% of the drives that are submitted to us for data recovery require more reconstruction time than what is allocated under the Base service fee. Reconstruction is the process of mathematically rebuilding gaps in the file system to whatever degree is necessary to recover the file system or to recover the specific files you are interested in. Approximately 25% of the submitted to us incur this charge.
 If replacement components are necessary to recover data from your drive, you must bear the cost of procuring these components. Please note that these charges are at cost; we do not apply a mark-up to replacement components.
Priority Charges - If timely recovery of your data is critical and requires around the clock effort, you can request priority service. Please call for current pricing. Please also note that this charge is exempt from our "No data, No Charge Policy (see "Policies").
Confidentiality
Any information retrieved from your drive is safe with us. We keep all client's data in confidence, and are willing to put it on paper. If your data is sensitive information for you or your organization, we are willing to sign a Non-disclosure agreement to ensure that your proprietary information is safe with us.

Other Services:

We offer repair service for files that have become inaccessible due to corruption. Please visit our File Repair page. When a computer suddenly reboots due to power failure or the operating system crashes you may be subject to data loss due to file corruption. This service is focused on theses scenarios, where files are corrupt and rendered inaccessible. DO NOT PANIC !!! We have the means to repair and restore Microsoft® Outlook®, Access®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Word files, Zip files and corrupted - unopenable Microsoft Outlook files. If we fail to recover your files there will be no charge!!!

We also offer a service for lost passwords . So if you have forgotten or lost the password that gives you access to a system or a file please visit the Password Recovery page. Along with popular program files we can also successfully recover Administrator access in Windows XP/2000/NT.
If we fail to recover your passwords, then their will be no charge.
