File Repair

When a computer suddenly reboots due to power failure or the operating system crashes you may be subject to data loss due to file corruption. This service is focused on theses scenarios, where files are corrupt and rendered inaccessible. DO NOT PANIC !!! We have the means to repair and restore Microsoft® Outlook®, Access®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Word files, Zip files and corrupted - unopenable Microsoft Outlook files. If we fail to recover your files there will be no charge!!!

We offer this repair service for files that can be sent to as by e-mail or mail. For larger files we would need a copy on CD, DVD, ZIP disk etc. The charge for file repair of (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Zip files. is $99.00 * if successful. Outlook Files (.pst, .ost) can also be repaired but due to the complexity of the repair the charge is $280.00* if successful.

Please note that if a file is corrupt, the success cannot be guaranteed. The corruption has to be removed. So asa a result, there will be some missing data. The repair will be considered successful if you have the majority of the original information.

If the failure is mechanical, and the hard drive has failed (i.e. makes clicking or banging noises and does not allow for booting, etc), then our Data Recovery service becomes necessary and is your first priority.

We also offer a service for lost passwords . So if you have forgotten or lost the password that gives you access to a system or a file please visit the Passworld Recovery page. Along with popular program files we can also successfully recover Administrator access in Windows XP/2000/NT.
If we fail to recover your passwords, then you will have to pay nothing.

* These fees are based on an average repair time. If files require a lot more time than what is considered to be average the repair cost will be higher.
